We are an Australian, creator-led brand. This policy explains how we handle your personal information. We follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are in the EU or UK we also account for GDPR and UK GDPR. If you are in California we consider CPRA. Some features may vary by region and provider.
1) What we collect
We collect the minimum information reasonably necessary to operate our store and services. This includes name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order details and limited payment metadata. We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by our payment providers. If you create an account we store your login email, a password hash, order history and preferences. We keep messages you send us for support and surveys. We record your marketing choices such as email or SMS opt-in. We receive device and usage information such as IP address, browser and pages viewed for core functions, analytics and fraud prevention. Our products are for adults 18+ only. If you submit reviews or photos we process that content to display it.
2) Why we use it
We use personal information to sell and deliver your order, to provide support, to operate and improve our website including security, fraud prevention, performance and analytics, to send marketing where you have given permission, and to meet legal and compliance obligations such as tax and record keeping. For EU and UK users the lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligation. We do not sell personal information.
3) Discreet experience
Shipping is discreet with a plain outer package and a neutral sender. Billing uses a generally neutral descriptor as determined by our payment processor. Exact wording can vary by region and provider.
4) Service providers and sharing
We use trusted providers for ecommerce hosting, payment processing and fraud screening, email and SMS, warehousing and shipping, analytics and security. These providers act on our instructions and only process data to deliver their services to us. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to confidentiality safeguards.
5) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and SDKs for essential functions such as cart, checkout, login and security, for performance and analytics, and for marketing measurement where permitted. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser. Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
6) Email and SMS
We send transactional emails and SMS for orders and support. We send marketing email or SMS only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the email link or by replying STOP to SMS. For SMS we keep your phone number, consent time and basic delivery or interaction data so we can honour your preferences and for compliance.
7) International transfers
We operate from Australia and may process information in other countries where our providers host or handle data. Where required we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and provider due diligence. Cross-border transfers are limited to what is necessary to provide our services.
8) Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Orders and tax records are generally kept up to seven years under Australian record-keeping requirements. Support messages are typically kept up to twenty-four months after resolution. Accounts are kept while active and then minimally archived for legal obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or we prune inactivity. Analytics logs are kept for short operational periods and aggregated where possible. Timeframes are indicative and may vary where legal or operational requirements apply.
9) Your choices and rights
Australia: you may request access to or correction of your personal information by emailing support@matchmyfeel.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask for verification.
EU and UK: you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object including to profiling and marketing, data portability and to withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local authority.
California: you may have rights to know, correct and delete personal information subject to exceptions and to opt out of certain sharing used for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others. We do not discriminate for exercising rights.
10) Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm we will notify affected individuals and regulators where required by law.
11) Children
Our site and products are for adults 18+ and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided information please contact us so we can delete it.

13) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The Effective date above shows the latest version. If we make material changes we will provide a prominent notice such as an email or on-site notice.

We collect what we need to run the store and deliver orders. Shipping and billing are generally discreet. Marketing is optional and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your data.
