1) About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and to any policies referenced on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2) Eligibility
Our products and site are for adults 18 years and over. By using the site or purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18.
3) Store terms and account
You may browse without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login safe and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
4) Orders and acceptance
Placing items in a cart or receiving an order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or availability errors, or regulatory restrictions. If we cannot fulfill your order after payment, we will cancel and refund you.
5) Pricing, currency and taxes
Prices and currencies displayed may vary by region and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties and import fees may be added at checkout or charged by your local customs authority on delivery. You are responsible for any such charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
6) Product information
We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in colour, finish and packaging may occur. Sizes for creator replicas reflect the underlying mould; individual perception may vary. Content on the site is for general information and should not be taken as medical advice.
7) Health and safety
Use products only as intended and in accordance with any care guidelines provided. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified professional before use. Stop use immediately if discomfort occurs. Clean and store products as described on our site to maintain hygiene and longevity.
8) Shipping and delivery
We ship discreetly with tracking where available. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in our Shipping information. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or peak periods. Title and risk transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. If a parcel is lost or delayed, contact support with your order number so we can assist with the carrier.
9) Returns, replacements and hygiene
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. 10) Promotions and early access
From time to time we may offer launches, waitlists, early access windows, bundles or promotions. Availability is limited and may change or end at any time. Access links must not be shared publicly. We may cancel any order obtained in breach of launch rules or fair use.
11) Prohibited uses
You must not misuse the site or services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to interfere with security or operations, scraping or reverse engineering, posting unlawful or infringing content, harassing others, or using the site in violation of applicable laws.
12) Intellectual property
All content on the site, including names, logos, images, text, designs and product materials, is owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the site for personal, non-commercial use. No rights are granted to copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display that content for our business purposes, including on the site, emails and social media. You confirm you have the rights to share the content and that it is lawful and not misleading. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for costs arising from delays or failures beyond our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the re-supply of the relevant services or the cost of re-supply. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
17) Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supply constraints, strikes, war, acts of government, natural disasters or internet outages.
18) Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
19) Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The Effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
20) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts and courts of appeal.
